Connecting over the Internet (MSHUR)

Hm....maybe i have the same problem accessing webserver from outside..
Even Gary couldnt help me...

My internett provider blocks port 80.. so, i tried 8090 --8090 and no luck
when i try to type 8090-80 it will not save this configuration.

i have a few people inluding Gary and Christian trying to help me with my set up and they couldnt connect either..
Gary able to connect only if i use USB cable .
