DCF - Radio-controlled clock receiver
For an automatic adjustment of the clock in the ProfiLux Computers (except ProfiLux Light), a radio-controlled clock receiver for the reception of the German DCF-signal can be obtained.
The range of the radio-controlled signal is max. 1500 km around Frankfurt/Main.
This radio-controlled clock receiver has especially been designed for the use with an aquarium controller. Many radio interferences (e.g. through electric motors or lamps) can hamper the receiption of the DCF-signal, therefore this receiver is supplied with power through an internal battery (not part of the shipment) and not through the power adaptor of the aquarium controller.
A green LED indicates if the DCF-Signal can be received sufficiently.
The DCF-receiver is shipped with a 2 m long connection cable.
