Shipping Policy<\/h2>\n

GHL USA ships to the United States, Canada, and Mexico via UPS. At checkout, you can choose from the available UPS service levels \u2014 shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated in real time based on your selection and destination.<\/p>\n

Free Shipping \u2014 Contiguous United States<\/strong> Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Mexico are subject to UPS live rates calculated at checkout.<\/p>\n

Processing Time<\/strong> In-stock items are processed and shipped within 3 business days of your order being placed.<\/p>\n

Backordered Items<\/h2>\n

If your order contains a backordered item, we will notify you by email. To keep shipping costs reasonable and ensure your order arrives complete, we ship once all items are available. If you prefer, you may request a refund for the backordered item and we will ship the rest of your order immediately. Please contact us at sales@ghlusa.com<\/a> with your order number to arrange this.<\/p>\n

Return Policy<\/h2>\n

All sales are final once an order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse.<\/p>\n

Exception \u2014 Incorrect Item Received<\/strong> If you have received an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at sales@ghlusa.com<\/a>. Include your GHL USA order number in the subject line and we will make it right.<\/p>\n

Dead on Arrival (DOA) \/ Defective Products<\/strong> If your product arrives damaged or does not function as expected, please reach out to us at sales@ghlusa.com<\/a> within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video where applicable. We will work with you to find the best solution \u2014 replacement, repair, or credit \u2014 on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n

Product Exchange Policy<\/h2>\n

Ordered the wrong item? No problem \u2014 as long as the product has not been opened. If the GHL security seal is intact, contact us immediately at sales@ghlusa.com<\/a> to initiate an exchange request. Please include a clear photo confirming the seal is unbroken and wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n

Products with a broken security seal cannot be accepted for exchange.<\/p>\n

Taxes & Import Duties<\/h2>\n

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout where applicable. For shipments to Canada and Mexico, any import duties, customs fees, or brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.<\/p>\n
