GHL Silicone Lubricant for Peristaltic Pumps
Special high-performance silicone paste for the pump heads of GHL Doser 3 and Doser 2/3 Maxi, as well as other suitable peristaltic pumps, made in Germany.
Food-safe and optimized for peristaltic pumps, this lubricant features a viscosity tailored for this application: not too sticky, not too thin. It stays in place during operation, reduces friction and noise, and extends service life.
When to use:

Pump heads are lubricated ex works

Additional lubrication may be required after replacing parts (e.g., tube, rollers), after cleaning, or after long service life

Apply a very thin film only – too much paste will make the pump sticky and reduce performance
What to lubricate:
All moving and frictional parts of the pump head, including the tube.
Important: Never lubricate GHL Doser 1…2.x models, as they work with friction by design.
Includes practical brush for easy application.
