The GHL Doser 2.2 Standalone has a flow rate of up to 45 ml/minute which make it ideal for standard dosing quantities and small volume ATO / AWC (less than 1.5 gallons daily recommended).
Due to the precise 24 V stepper motors, micro-doses of 0.1 mL are also possible.
Robust mechanics and highly efficient stepper motors even allow continuous operation at a constant speed, e.g., for operating reactors.
The Doser 2.2 SA provides the flexibility to daisy chain multiple GHL Dosing Units (EXT models: Doser 2.x / 2.x Maxi) to control up to 16 dosing pumps in total. The ProfiLux Aquatic Bus provides reliable and interference-free data transfer, even over long distances up to 100 m (300 ft.).

GHL Doser 2.2 Stand Alone:
The GHL Doser 2.2 Stand Alone has a controller and works independently.
It includes two PAB ports for connecting additional GHL Doser 2.2 EXT or other PAB devices via ProfiLux Aquatic Bus.
PAB is an interference-free CAN-Bus-System that allows for highly secure data transfer between all PAB devices. The range can be up to 100 m (300 FT).
PAB cables are not included and must be purchased.
OneGHLDoser2.2 SA can control additional GHL EXT Dosers (GHL Doser 2.2 EXT or GHL Doser 2.2 Maxi EXT) and can be extended to a dosing system with a total of 16 pumps.
With a ProfiLux as a controller, you can control up to 32 pumps.
GHL Doser 2.2 EXT:

The LED-backlit GHL Logo in the enclosure lid is a status indicator. Various colors show you, at a glance, the condition of your system.
Each pump can be operated manually via the push buttons on the front panel. This allows you to quickly post-dose, deflate the tube vent, or suction liquids.

Maintenance & Wear parts
Doser 2.2 pumps are largely maintenance-free. For optimal performance, we recommend occasionally cleaning and removing dust and other impurities from the inside of the pumps. The pumps must never be lubricated in any way!
Tubes, pumps and motors are wear parts, the life time depends on the use frequency, flow quantity and environmental conditions. When malfunctions (e.g. insufficient flow, losing prime, leakage, increased operation noise) or mechanical damages occur the wear parts must be replaced. Due to the maintenance-friendly design all wear parts can be replaced easily, all wear parts are available as accessories.
