Our raw material supplier had persistent quality issues and production delays, and unfortunately, they did not respond to our repeated inquiries. This lack of communication hindered our ability to provide timely updates, and we deeply regret any frustration caused.
The vendor has now shipped the needed materials to continue production. Including quality check and production time, we aim to begin shipping by the beginning of January.
