Bypass GHL Initial Setup: Connect to Device

Hi, Since you can see the GHLDEV hotspot, you can bypass the initial setup wizard and do the following to connect to your device: 1. Use your phone to connect to the GHLDEV hotspot2. Open the GHL Connect App3. Press ADD DEVICE -> Choose your device -> Create new connection -> Connection via GHL device hotspot4. Leave HOST/IP as-is, press NEXT, then name this connection Hotspot and press DONE Choose that newly made connection and when you see the Dashboard, you are connected. You can then proceed to the SYSTEM page where you can enter your Wi-Fi network info in the CLIENT settings.

we sincerely apologize for the delay in delivering your ION Director Multi-Ion Sensor and for our lack of updates. Our raw material supplier had persistent quality issues and production delays, and unfortunately, they did not respond to our repeated inquiries. This lack of communication hindered our ability to provide timely updates, and we deeply regret any frustration caused. The vendor has now shipped the needed materials to continue production. Including quality check and production time, we aim to begin shipping by the beginning of January.  We hope for your understanding and thank you for your patience.

IOND FW Update

While waiting for the sensor to arrive, I suggest you update your controller (ProfiLux4 or Doser SA) to version 7.41 (ProfiLux4) or 1.53 (DoserSA). WiFi fw update

Hello, You need to update the Wi-Fi module’s firmware. To do this, go to http://1.2.3.4/update (REPLACE 1.2.3.4 with your ProfiLux’s current local IP address). Log in using the username ‘admin’ and the password ‘Starfish’ (unless you have changed it). Upload the firmware.bin file that you previously extracted from the zip file available at https://www.aquariumcomputer.com/downloads/wifi-module-esp-update/
