IOND Sensor LZ

surely you have been wondering when you will receive the promised IOND sensor. Herewith we would like to inform you about the current status. As you may know, we have developed a new ION Director sensor last year and have set up our own in-house production for this sensor in order to avoid being dependent on the performance of our previous sensor manufacturer (the IOND sensor was previously manufactured externally according to our specifications). After the tests of the pre-series of the new sensor were very successful, the series production was planned in-house and the necessary material was ordered in series quantities. According to the statements of our raw material suppliers, we assumed that we would have all material by the end of 2022 and that we would have the first batch of sensors produced, tested and ready for shipment by the end of February 2023 at the latest. IOND Sensor (problem again)

Dear xxx, sorry to hear you have problems with the sensor again. Please excuse the late reply, our support replies are currently a bit slow due to the high workload and the limited resources. In order to quickly resolve the problem we would need some more information. Since you have still ongoing problems with a new sensor, we are not sure if the sensor is to be blamed. Did you check your system (again) for air bubbles? In most cases, negative sensor voltages (as also seen in your screenshots)  indicate air on the sensor, so measurement will be incorrect or the sensor die early. Dear Customer, first of all, please accept our apologies for this unsatisfying and disappointing situation! Hereby we want to give you some insight on what is happening with IOND and IOND sensor delays. Unfortunately, we still have a problem with the availability of ION Director sensors, our current supplier is still unable to meet the demand for sensors in the quality we require, despite various optimization measures. The shortage of sensors confronts us with 2 problems: 1. It is currently not possible to fulfill all open sensor orders (new orders as well as free replacements under warranty).2.
