Description
The Doser 3 Maxi EXT IL PnP System delivers 4 additional high-volume peristaltic pump channels in a ready-to-install Industrial Line enclosure — the ideal expansion for existing GHL dosing or controller setups. Everything is pre-selected, matched, and pre-assembled — no sourcing decisions, no assembly required.
The system houses two Doser 3 Maxi EXT IL units in a single IP54-rated Industrial Line enclosure. Both units feature GHL’s SilentDrive technology — advanced motor driver circuits engineered for exceptionally quiet operation — providing 4 independent pump channels with up to approximately 350 ml/min, 0.1 mL resolution, and up to 250 micro doses per day.
As extension units, both Doser 3 Maxi EXT IL modules require a controlling device connected via PAB: a Doser 3 Maxi SA IL, Doser Maxi SA IL, or a ProfiLux controller (ProfiLux IL, ProfiLux 4, or ProfiLux 4e).
Two 24V/2.5A power supplies are included — one per unit. The GHL Logo Frontpanel IL and blanking panels complete the front of the enclosure. Pre-assembly is included: all units are mounted, PAB cabling is wired, and the logo frontpanel is connected. Power supplies are not connected during pre-assembly.
