The Mitras-Simu Stick adds stunning dynamic lighting effects to your aquarium or terrarium, making it the perfect complement to your main illumination.

With four independently controllable, dimmable light channels (neutral white, red, green, and blue), you can create a wide range of atmospheric lighting scenarios, including:

• Moonlight for a calming nocturnal ambiance
• Sunset & Sunrise to mimic natural light transition
• Thunderstorm & Lightning for dramatic weather effects

For dimming and lighting simulations, a suitable control unit is required—either a ProfiLux Controller or ManuDimm (sold separately).

With a Controller: Enjoy full control over light intensity and dynamic simulations.
Without a Controller: The LED light operates at 100% brightness and can only be switched on or off.

Important: The Mitras-Simu Stick is designed as a supplemental light source and should always be used in combination with main aquarium or terrarium lighting.

The Mitras Simu features high-quality, waterproof-sealed LEDs that deliver brilliant illumination with exceptional efficiency. Combined with a robust anodized aluminum housing with cooling fins, this ensures long-lasting durability and optimal heat dissipation for maximum performance.

The sleek, functional design includes an adjustable sliding bracket with secure screw fixtures, making installation flexible and reliable.

For operation, the Mitras-Simu-Driver (sold separately) is required, enabling the control of up to four effect lights simultaneously. For larger setups, additional Y-cables (PL-YL2) allow for easy expansion, connecting even more lights to the control unit.

The Mitras Simu is available in two sizes (550 mm and 950 mm) and comes equipped with a 2-meter connection cable for seamless integration with the Mitras-Simu-Driver.

Control

Operation with ProfiLux

Easily control your Mitras-Simu Stick with a ProfiLux Controller, allowing you to adjust light colors and brightness at any time to suit your needs.

With ProfiLux, you can also create realistic thunderstorm simulations, adding dynamic weather effects to your aquarium or terrarium.

For operation, the Mitras-Simu-Driver (required) connects to the ProfiLux Computer using the included Western cables, ensuring seamless integration.

Operation Without ProfiLux

No ProfiLux Controller? No problem! You can still enjoy dimming and lighting effects (excluding thunderstorm simulations) using the ManuDimm accessory. This device allows you to manually adjust the brightness of the Mitras-Simu Stick with ease.

For independent dimming of all four lighting channels (white, red, blue, and green), you will need two ManuDimm devices. These are connected to the yellow 1-10V inputs of the Mitras-Simu-Driver for seamless manual control.

Mitras-Simu-Driver

The Mitras-Simu-Driver allows you to connect up to four Mitras-Simu Sticks, providing seamless control and synchronization.

Equipped with two L-port inputs (4 x 1-10V interfaces) for connection to a ProfiLux or other compatible controllers.
The connected Mitras-Simu Sticks adjust their brightness based on the 1-10V control signals received.

If the L-ports remain unused, all four LED channels operate at 100% brightness. This allows you to use the Mitras-Simu Sticks without a ProfiLux Controller or ManuDimm, though dimming and thunderstorm effects will not be available.

For simple on/off control, a timer clock can be used.
