Description
The Doser 3 Maxi SA IL is the Industrial Line version of the GHL Doser 3 Maxi Stand Alone, housed in a 9HU aluminum slide-in housing designed for the IP54-rated Industrial Line enclosure. The unit can also be installed in custom enclosures or cabinets. It delivers the same proven technology and features as its standard counterpart in a form factor built for professional environments.
At the heart of the Doser 3 Maxi are GHL’s SilentDrive pumps — advanced motor driver electronics paired with precision 24V stepper motors for powerful yet exceptionally quiet operation. The 2 high-flow peristaltic pumps deliver up to approximately 350 ml/min, making this unit the ideal choice for automatic water changes (AWC), auto top-off (ATO), and other large-volume dosing tasks. Despite the high flow rate, micro doses as small as 0.1 mL remain possible. Each pump can distribute up to 250 automatically spread micro doses per day or operate on up to 24 individually programmable dosing times. Continuous-run mode is also available, for example for operating reactors. Front-panel push buttons allow quick manual dosing or tube priming at any time.
The integrated Stand Alone controller provides WiFi, LAN, and USB connectivity, including OTA firmware updates over WiFi or LAN. 2 level sensor ports enable fully autonomous Auto Top-Off and Automatic Water Changes directly from the Doser. A temperature sensor port allows continuous monitoring of water temperature. 2 stirrer outputs allow pre-mixing of dosing solutions before dispensing.
Additional dosing capacity can be added via PAB (ProfiLux Aquatic Bus) by connecting Doser 3 Maxi EXT IL, Doser 3 EXT IL, Doser EXT IL, or Doser Maxi EXT IL units, for a maximum of 16 pumps in one system. All GHL Doser generations (2.x and 3, standard and Maxi) are fully cross-compatible.
An optional GHL Logo Frontpanel IL (5HU) can be connected to the unit’s RGB logo port for visual system status indication.
Note: Power supply (24V) is not included and must be ordered separately. This allows the same unit to be deployed worldwide without country-specific variants.
