Description
The Doser SA IL is the Industrial Line version of the proven GHL Doser 2.2 Stand Alone – identical technology in an 8HU aluminum slide-in housing designed for rack and cabinet installations in aquaculture facilities, research laboratories, and public aquariums.
As a Stand Alone unit, the Doser SA IL features integrated control electronics with WiFi and USB connectivity, allowing independent operation without a ProfiLux controller. All dosing settings can be configured via the GHL Connect app, the myGHL cloud platform, the built-in web interface, or GHL Control Center software.
The four precision peristaltic pumps with 24V stepper motors deliver highly accurate dosing with a resolution of 0.1 mL – up to 150 micro doses per day in automatic mode, or up to 8 individually programmable dosing times per pump. Additional features include integrated refill/auto top-off functionality, level indication with alarm, and support for temperature and level sensors as well as the GHL Magnetic Stirrer.
Additional dosing capacity can be added via PAB (ProfiLux Aquatic Bus) by connecting Doser EXT IL and/or Doser Maxi EXT IL units, for a maximum of 16 pumps in one system. The Doser SA IL also controls connected KH Director IL and ION Director IL units, which draw power from the Doser’s power supply via their included splitter cables.
Note: Power supply (24V) is not included and must be ordered separately. This allows the same unit to be deployed worldwide without country-specific variants.
