Description
The ProfiLux IL is the Industrial Line version of the proven ProfiLux 4 – identical technology and firmware in a 15HU aluminum slide-in housing designed for rack and cabinet installations in aquaculture facilities, research laboratories, and public aquariums.
It provides the same comprehensive feature set as the standard ProfiLux 4: precise measurement and control of pH, temperature, redox/ORP, and conductivity, 32-channel illumination simulation (clouds, storms, lunar cycle, seasonal lighting), 16-channel stream/return pump control, 32-channel dosing pump control, automatic water change management, level/flow/leakage monitoring, and much more – all managed through GHL’s dedicated real-time operating system, ProfiLuxOS.
The front panel features a graphical display with navigation keys, plus WiFi and alarm status LEDs for immediate on-site feedback. Connectivity includes built-in WiFi, USB, and two PAB (ProfiLux Aquatic Bus) ports for interference-free CAN bus communication with Powerbars, Dosers, and other GHL peripherals. LAN connectivity can be added via the optional PLM-WiFiLAN expansion card.
With three expansion card slots and PAB support for Expansion Boxes, the ProfiLux IL scales to meet the demands of any installation – from a single tank to multi-system facilities. Combine it with the Expansion Box IL for additional sensor inputs, interfaces, and expansion capacity.
An optional GHL Logo Frontpanel IL (5HU) can be connected to the unit’s RGB logo port for visual system status indication.
Note: Power supply (12V) is not included and must be ordered separately. This allows the same unit to be deployed worldwide without country-specific variants.
