Dear xxx,

sorry to hear you have problems with the sensor again. Please excuse the late reply, our support replies are currently a bit slow due to the high workload and the limited resources.

In order to quickly resolve the problem we would need some more information. Since you have still ongoing problems with a new sensor, we are not sure if the sensor is to be blamed.

Did you check your system (again) for air bubbles? In most cases, negative sensor voltages (as also seen in your screenshots)  indicate air on the sensor, so measurement will be incorrect or the sensor die early.

For further troubleshooting please also have a look at the following Knowledge Base article, which already shows most of the questions and solutions: https://www.aquariumcomputer.com/knowledge-base/ion-director-tips-maintenance-and-troubleshooting/
Attached are also the newest instructions / troubleshooting guides. Please read them carefully and check, if there are any points in your setup which need to be improved.

Also we would need:

– invoice of the IOND or the sensor you are complaining
– screenshot of the sensor voltages (click on sensor details)
– photos of your setup/installation as explained in attached manuals
– what sensor version do you have? Please upload here a photo of the label on the sensor
