Please ship the item properly postage paid to the following address:

Please note that not prepaid shipments can’t be accepted.
Please enclose the attached claim form completely filled to the return shipment (most important is the error description).
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS FROM NON-EU STATES:
In the last few months, the German customs authorities have increasingly inspected shipments from non-EU countries.
Therefore, please send us the following information BEFORE you send us your shipment in order to be able to present all required documents to customs if necessary:
* Invoice of the sent device
* Serial number of the device (see sticker on the bottom of the case)
* Exact contents of the package you are sending to us
We ask for your understanding that we can only clear your shipment at customs with the above information.
If the information is missing or incomplete, the shipment must be returned to the sender.
