- GHL Connect (iOS, Android)
Overview #
With myGHL, you can monitor and control your GHL devices from anywhere in the world โ via the GHL Connect app or in a web browser atย myghl.com. All you need is an internet connection.
- Remote Access:ย Check readings, change settings and trigger actions without being in the same network as your device.
- One Account for All Devices:ย Once a device is connected to your network and linked to your myGHL account, it is available on any smartphone or computer where you sign in with this account.
- Local Access Remains Available:ย myGHL is optional. Your devices can still be accessed directly via the local network at any time, for example during an internet outage. See theย Network (LAN & WiFi) โ Setup Guide.
System Requirements #
- The device is connected to a network with internet access (LAN or WiFi). See theย Network (LAN & WiFi) โ Setup Guide.
- A myGHL account (see below).
Creating a myGHL Account #
- In GHL Connect:ย On first launch, the setup wizard offers to create a new myGHL account or sign in to an existing one. To register or sign in later, open theย App settings.
- In a web browser:ย Go toย myghl.comย and register there.
- Email Confirmation:ย During registration, a confirmation code is sent to the email address you entered. Enter this code to complete the registration. If the code repeatedly does not arrive, check your spam folder orย contact support.
Once signed in, all devices already linked to your account appear automatically. Local connections you have added previously are also available if CloudStorage is enabled, seeย GHL Connect Features โ Configuration Guide.
Linking a Device to myGHL #
To make a device available in myGHL, myGHL must be activated on the device and the device must be added to your account. You can choose between two access levels:
- Enabled read only:ย Readings and settings can be viewed via myGHL, but not changed.
- Enabled full access:ย Readings and settings can be viewed and changed via myGHL.
The device can be added to your account either directly in GHL Connect (recommended) or on myghl.com using the device’s myGHL ID and Security key. For step-by-step instructions, seeย GHL Connect & GHL Control Center โ Installation & Setup.
